I was hoping to find out how the female Sailor should be wearing their hair while in their PT uniform. My email address is: maria.rubio@navy.mil.

I am not able to find anything in the regulations on Camelbaks during Command PT sessions and
I was curious if they are authorized during these sessions or during Command runs. Or is it simply up to the Command’s discretion. Also there have been questions about the five finger toe shoes and whether they are authorized during Command PT. Thank You from the Submarine Community!

I was wondering if it is against regulations to pull up the sleeves of your sweatshirt during a run or at any time in an organized PT session?

Is head bands allowed in PT Gear? I was told it needs to be color-tone with your natural hair color?
